Making King Arthur Flour’s Pizza Dough

Utilizing sourdough discard to make King Arthur Flour’s pizza dough. This is a great way to utilize sourdough discard rather than throwing it out. Easy enough to make two pizzas and throw into the freezer for future use. Highly recommend checking this out.

KitchenAid Stand Mixer (Artisan 5 Quart):

  • 1 cup (241g) sourdough starter, unfed/discard
  • 1/2 cup (113g) warm water
  • 2 1/2 cups (298g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon instant or active dry yeast
