During the search of finding some solid Cookie recipes, I came across Christina Tosi’s “Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies” Recipe. Definitely falls within one of my favorite recipes. The best part is that this is SO easy to throw together.
With the recent development of acquiring Sourdough discard recently, Sourdough waffles came up as a use case. Originally I found a recipe that had to utilize an overnight sponge, but I didn’t have time for that.
