During the search of finding some solid Cookie recipes, I came across Christina Tosi’s “Perfect Chocolate Chip Cookies” Recipe. Definitely falls within one of my favorite recipes. The best part is that this is SO easy to throw together.
With the recent development of acquiring Sourdough discard recently, Sourdough waffles came up as a use case. Originally I found a recipe that had to utilize an overnight sponge, but I didn’t have time for that.
I stumbled across Story on a Plate’s Instagram and came across this photo that blew me away. Swedish Semlor, I had never seen anything like it except for like a cream puff (thanks Kelly…) But I needed to make this, it looked so intriguing.
I needed a casserole to make this past weekend and wanted to find a dessert equivalent. Thanks to Spend With Pennies this was the perfect solution. Inspired by the Chips Ahoy Icebox Cake recipe, I threw in some simple blue food coloring that reminded me of the Cookie Monster.
